Merchandise must be return with original packaging, and original contents. -Special Order items will NOT be canceled, exchanged or returned. -Returns that are found to be defective, all prior shipping costs,insurance costs, are absolutely non-refundable. -If you want the item returned, you must pay all return shipping and handling charges. -Absolutely NO returns on electrical items. -If a suitable replacement cannot be made within 15 business days, your money will be refunded  less shipping costs. -Any non-defective Return items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.-Installed items if not defective are non-returnable. 


EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS/SPECIAL ORDERS:


Items listed as SPECIAL ORDERS cannot be canceled, Period. They may have an extended delivery time due to a known low availability or are not an in stock item due to pricing structure. -With Exchanges/replacements, it is necessary that we must first receive the merchandise.  -Exchanges are allowed within 20 days of purchase for defective items only. -Professional installation is recommended on all of our products.   -By purchasing any item from EUROCOMPULSION LLC, you are agreeing to all the above/below terms/conditions, whether the item is purchased via a 3rd party site or location, example: Another Website/Vendor/Dealership. Warranty:

PASSENGER CAR, LIGHT TRUCK, MOTORHOME & MOTORCYCLE
KONI North America LLC. warrants all new KONI shock absorbers (purchased after 5/1/80) and suspension kits (purchased after 1995) to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship, excluding mounting rubbers, washers and bushings, when used under normal operating conditions for as long as such purchaser owns the vehicle on which the KONI shock absorbers were originally installed.

This warranty does not apply to, and KONI makes no warranty for:
shock absorbers and suspension kits that have been modified or installed Improperly as original equipment on any vehicle except Ford Mustang SVO; On any vehicle that has been modified for a use other than or in addition to its originally intended use; For an application that is not specified in the KONI literature; On any vehicle that has been used off-road, for racing or for any other driving competition.

We offer a 7 day return policy after the original date the products is received (Date Received is determined by Tracking number).  All unopened and wrapped products sent back to us will receive a refund back via their original form of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee.  You must notify us first before sending us back any product.  Once a product is installed, there are no returns.

ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America warrants its gas pressure shock absorbers against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you, the original purchaser, own your car.If a shock/strut malfunctions and Bilstein determines it to be defective, we will either replace it or repair it depending on the term of the warranty based on the assembly's model type.Note: If your vehicle was equipped with Bilstein from the factory (original equipment), warranty claims must be directed to the vehicle manufacturer.

WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS
The limited warranties set forth above do not cover normal wear and tear and are non-transferable. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.Note: Other exclusions may or may not apply in certain states or rare circumstances.

Warranty:

Limited Warranty.  APS warrants to the original retail purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Product was originally installed (the "Consumer") all of its Neuspeed products.  Standard APS products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing and/or material defects, unless stated otherwise on individual product listing on this website.


Exclusions from Warranty.  This warranty shall not apply to any Product that was not properly installed by a qualified, license auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the Product purchased, any Product that was improperly serviced, or any Product that was misused or damaged (if such damage did not result from a Product defect or malfunction).  This warranty shall not apply unless the Consumer promptly discontinues use of the Product upon discovery of the defect or premature wearing.

 

​To submit a warranty claim, the Consumer should contact APS directly for verification of warranty coverage.  All warranty returns must conform to the following procedures:


 - All Products should be wrapped or packed in a shipping box to prevent damage during shipping.

 - All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) tracking number Issued by an APS customer service representative.

 - All returns must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID, return receipt requested.  Call tags and collect shipments are not permitted.

 - A copy of the original invoice, a state containing the Consumer's name and address, a brief description of the defect, and a complete description of the make, model, year of the vehicle must accompany all Products.


Installations of the Product is the sole responsibility of the Consumer.  Within 10 business days after receipt by APS of the defective or prematurely worn Product and the submission of all the information above, APS will replace or repair, at its option, such Product.

APS Product in California has a right to have the Product serviced or repaired during the warranty period.  The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the Product has been out of the Consumer's hands for warranty repairs.  If a defect exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed.  The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Consumer, if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and the Consumer notifies APS or the dealer of the failure of the repairs within 0 days after they were completed.  If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the Consumer may return the Product for a replacement or a refund subject, in either case, to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage.  This time extension does not affect the protections or remedies the Consumer has under other laws.


Returns:

Purchased items are returnable within 15 days of receipt. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the amount of the original purchase price minus shipping cost and (if applicable) restocking fee. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please read all conditions below.

APS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories. All returns must be accompanied by original receipts. Return Goods Authorization (RGA) request must be made prior shipping items back to APS. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. APS is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

LIMITED MILLION-MILE WARRANTY

All Eibach Springs, Inc. ("Eibach") Suspension Springs, Anti- Roll-Kits (excluding bushings) and Pro-Spacers (collectively, "Products") are covered by a Million-Mile warranty. Pro-Dampers are covered by a 2 year warranty. Pro-Street-SMulti-Pro-R1Multi-Pro-R2Multi-Pro-DragPro-AlignmentDrag-Launch air bags and Anti-Roll-Kit bushings are covered by a 12-month warranty (the "Warranties"). The Warranties cover the Products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when used on passenger cars and light trucks under normal use and operating conditions. These Warranties only apply to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Products were originally installed (the "Purchaser").

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS: (1) THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED OR HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED, LICENSED AUTO MECHANIC EXPERIENCED IN THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF SUSPENSION PRODUCTS;
(2) THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY SERVICED, THAT HAVE BEEN MISUSED, OR THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, ALTERED OR SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT OR COLLISION;
(3) INSTALLED IN ANY VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN MODIFIED;
(4) INSTALLED ON ANY VEHICLE THAT HAS CARRIED LOADS IN EXCESS OF AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURER SUGGESTED WEIGHT LIMITS;
(5) INSTALLED ON ANY VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN USED FOR RALLYING, RACING OR RACING-TYPE ACTIVITIES OR OFF-ROAD USE;
(6) PRESENTED FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE BY A PERSON OTHER THAN THE PURCHASER; OR
(7) PRESENTED FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE AFTER BEING USED ON A VEHICLE OTHER THAN THE ONE ON WHICH IT WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Eibach reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications, and to make changes to Products without prior notice. Eibach does not assume any obligation to modify any previously manufactured Products.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES

These Warranties are the entire and only Warranties for the Products and may not be modified or supplemented by any other person or company in any form. Any description of the Products, by anyone, is for the sole purpose of identifying them, is not part of the basis of the bargain, and does not constitute a warranty that the Products will conform to that description.
The use of any sample or model in connection with these Warranties or the sale of any Products is for illustrative purposes only and is not a warranty that the goods will conform to the sample or model. The statements of any salesperson do not constitute part of these Warranties or any warranty at all and cannot be relied upon as a warranty.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF TIME OR REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE OR COMPONENTS OF THE VEHICLE, ANY OTHER TYPE OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in such states the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. These Warranties give the Purchaser specific legal rights and the Purchaser may have other rights that may vary from state to state.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To make a claim, the Purchaser should contact the Eibach dealer/ distributor from which the Products were originally purchased. The dealer/distributor should then contact Eibach to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return the Products to Eibach. Any and all returns must be accompanied by (1) an RGA number, (2) a sales receipt verifying the purchase of the Products, and (3) a statement containing the Purchaser’s name, address, make and model of the vehicle, and a brief description of the claimed defect, including the circumstances under which the defect occurred. Eibach will not accept Product returns without the RGA number, receipt and statement described above. C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused. Once the returns are received at Eibach, Eibach will evaluate the Products, verify the sales receipt, and investigate the statement.

The Purchaser is responsible for returning the Products to the Eibach dealer/distributor, including shipping costs as well as costs incurred for removing and installing the Products on the vehicle. Eibach does not warranty labor costs.
